I’ve decided that one of the best things I can probably do, is use Youtube and track my weight loss journey, challenges, goals and hopefully some awesome before and after photos.
This is a little difficult for me because I am actually quite shy and introverted. I’m trying to break out of that. But I’m also hoping that by doing a video weekly, it will help to keep me accountable, as well as let me visually see my actual progress.
There are a lot of things I will discuss over time and share with you. My hope is to use this for accountability as well as help others. Follow along with me! Let’s get healthy this year!
