This week was a little stressful. Had some personal issues going on and wasn’t feeling that great. I have a tendency to fall back to my old eating habits when I am under stress. But don’t we all!
I decided not to be so rigid in my food. I was really trying to boot camp things but it just was causing me headaches so I eased up and have felt better.
So here is what I am doing right now…(subject to change!)
Calories – 1200-1500
Carbs – below 100
Of course, this can change depending on what is going on. Right now, I’m using MyFitnessPal to track calories and weight. But I also decided to pick up a little something to track things manually.
